Where We Ship

We deliver to all 27 EU member states:

• Czech Republic (our home)
• Slovakia, Austria, Germany, Poland (next-day capable zone)
• Rest of EU: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time from order placement. All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Important

• Delivery times exclude weekends and Czech public holidays
• Orders placed after 14:00 CET are processed the next business day
• During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas) delivery may take 1–3 extra days

Shipping Costs

Costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method chosen.

Carriers We Use

Czech Post / Czech Post

Primary carrier for most EU deliveries. Choose between thousands of home deliverys or home delivery. Reliable tracking and competitive prices.

DPD

For door-to-door home deliveries with kurier. Used for Czech Republic and select EU destinations.

GLS

Alternative carrier for selected EU destinations with strong local networks.

The carrier is automatically selected based on your destination and chosen shipping method. You’ll see the carrier name on your order confirmation.

Tracking Your Order

When You Get It

1. Order confirmation email immediately after purchase
2. Shipping confirmation email with tracking number when we dispatch
3. Updates from carrier as your parcel moves

How to Track

• Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
• Or enter your tracking number on the carrier’s website (Czech Post.cz, DPD.cz, GLS-Group.eu)

Not Receiving Emails?

Check your spam folder. Add sa@meandmaty.com to your contacts. If still no email after 24 hours, contact us.

Packaging

We care about both your products and the planet:

• Recyclable boxes made from FSC-certified cardboard
• Plastic-free filler — paper cushioning instead of bubble wrap
• Compact packaging sized for the products (no oversized boxes wasting space)
• Branded outer label — clean look that’s a joy to receive

All packaging materials are 100% recyclable in standard EU paper recycling streams.

If Something Goes Wrong

Package Not Arrived?

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

1. Check with neighbours or your reception/postbox
2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
3. If unresolved, email sa@meandmaty.com within 7 days

Damaged Parcel?

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

1. Photograph the outer packaging before opening
2. Inspect contents and photograph any damage
3. Refuse acceptance if products are severely damaged, OR accept and contact us
4. Email us within 48 hours with photos

We’ll arrange replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Address

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. If we haven’t yet dispatched, we can correct it. Once shipped, you may need to pay re-delivery costs.

Customs & Taxes

Since we ship within the EU, there are no customs duties for any of our shipments. VAT is already included in the price you pay at checkout, calculated at the rate of your delivery country.

Wholesale & B2B Shipping

Wholesale orders ship under separate terms with negotiated rates, often by pallet or larger consolidated shipments.
